Keeping Fit
Though my cholesterol level has gone down a bit, I still need to exercise! Daily evening walks may help but too bad, I don't sweat much doing that. My friends encouraged me to go into some aerobics but I find that rather boring. Oh gosh, I am really picky when it comes to sweating!
