Tup tap...tup tap...dah masuk bulan 2 tahun 2012...sekejap aje masa berlalu...rasanya hujung tahun lepas berkobar-kobar azam...psttt azam nak kuruskan badan...hehheh.. errr kalau ikutkan BMI berat badan normal lagi...tapi lemak dah naik ke muka dah nih...makin tembam..tak cun la ai cenggini...cun...
