Misompuru Ocean Beach Run at Kudat...21k Half Marathon
Alhamdulilah..selepas Kuching Marathon.. Kali ni larian di daerah sendiri. Pengalaman larian di tepi pantai sangat mencabar. Keadaan pasir, air laut dan panas menyukarkan larian. Namun, 5 halangan dapat diatasi dengan jayanya.. Kira macam kura - kura lah..4 jam 05 minit tidak terasa ..tetapi.. selepas lari...
