Puyuh Chop Coleslaw
Puyuh. Pertama kali masak puyuh hasil pemberian ibu saudara. Selalunya puyuh dimasak goreng kunyit atau goreng berempah. Suami mencadangkan puyuh digoreng celup tepung (segera). Saya melengkapi rasa dengan menyediakan coleslaw. Inilah hasilnya. Sajian ringkas yang menambat selera. Selamat mencuba.
