We found this little shop somewhere near our hotel. FL told me this is another "must try" biscuit that is recommended by forumers. Well, since they said "must try", then we try lar..I am a Hok Chew (福州)but I never heard about this pepper biscuit before. hehe..It looks a bit like 'heong beng'...
