I'm sure your Yamaha Outboard has made a horrible squealing noise as it was lowered. Sounded like metal on metal or a piston going bad - never a good sound. Luckily I knew what it was and how to easily fix it.The rods the engine sits on need to be lubricated or else they make that awful noise. Not sure...
