Perkara pertama yang paling penting sebelum mula kerja tanah ialah tahu dulu Proposed Level,Original Ground Level@ Existing Level, Invert Level.kt situ korang boleh tau perlu import atau export tanah.Kalau tidak kemudian hari akan keluar Variation Order dari kontraktor. maka bertambahlah kos projek.
