Obituary: A Singaporean Political Refugee Dies in the US
Francis Seow, once a high-ranking Singaporean official, died on Jan. 21 in the United States, where he had spent the past 25 years as a refugee from the late Lee Kuan Yews petty vindictiveness. He died at the age of 88 in Boston, where he was an adjunct professor at Harvard University.
