Dua mantan anggota EXO, Luhan dan Kris akan bertemu SM Entertainment di persidangan untuk pertama kalinya sejak mengajukan pemutusan kontrak.Dari sejak diajukannya tuntutan oleh Luhan dan Kris pada tahun 2014 lalu, pihak mereka dan SM Entertainment telah diberi kesempatan untuk berunding lewat mediasi.
