Cara mudah untuk dapatkan rentak menulis

Saya menerima persoalan seperti ini Muaz, bagaimana mahu mulis, bila nak menulis sahaja, idea tu tak mahu datang, ada teknik rahsia tak..?  Adakah anda mengalami masalah seperti ini? Maka saya cuba bantu sedikit sebanyak pengalaman saya kerana perkara ini turut berlaku kepada diri saya juga.
