dah seminggu menyambut bulan ramadhan alhamdulillah masih segar lagi untuk berpuasa sehingga akhir ramadhan.. minggu lepas boring habis kerja awal so ikut member pergi gym dekat dengan tempat kerja.. tapi malangnya disebabkan dah lama tak main gym xda regangan terus ikut member main habis muscle tangan...
